PRIVATE PREVIEW · UPDATED 2 NOVEMBER 2026

Privacy at Letterlo

Letterlo is being developed as independent shared-inbox software. Public registration, online payments and general customer mailbox onboarding are not open yet.

Public website analytics

The public homepage can use optional Google Analytics cookies. Analytics is restricted to the anonymous letterlo.com homepage. It does not run on app.letterlo.com, api.letterlo.com, sign-in, inbox, customer or administration pages.

When analytics is enabled, Letterlo sends one page view with a fixed public homepage address and title. Query strings, fragments, referrers, email addresses, customer content and form values are not included. Advertising features and automatic interaction tracking are disabled.

Use Analytics choices to turn analytics off or on. Your choice is remembered in a host-only cookie. A local denial marker also prevents collection in the browser. For visitors identified as being in India using a local country database, analytics defaults on unless previously declined. Other or unknown locations require opt-in. Country estimates can be inaccurate, including for VPNs. Visitor IPs are not sent to the database publisher.

Sign-in and company access

The application uses Google sign-in to verify identity. Company membership and inbox permissions are separate from product administration. Google identity tokens and application credentials are handled on the server, not exposed in page content.

Email and service data

Existing private-pilot data is being migrated separately from the public website. Customer mail and credentials are not included in GitHub source backups or website analytics. General multi-company mailbox access remains subject to isolation and recovery verification before rollout.

Before a commercial launch

Operator contact details, processing terms, retention periods and the commercial service agreement will be published before paid customer onboarding opens. This page describes the current private-preview implementation; it is not a claim of independent compliance certification.
